The shipping method is UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT or EMS express, the shipping time is about 3-7 days. Please order at least one month before your event, if you need the dress sooner, please let us know.

Please note that we only accept products in their original.

condition,wored,washed,dirty,damaged,with perfume or smoke items cannot be retured,and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service for further information.
Please note that we will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.

Dresses that is custom-made or color-changed cannot be returned.
